Trees and Timber will be the theme for the 2010 Nevada County Fair. Now we need a slogan to go with the theme!

Do you have a catchy or fun slogan that you think would be perfect for the 2010 Nevada County Fair? Send it in, and you could win $100 and a 2010 Fair Package.

Contest Rules

Contest begins October 1, 2009 and runs through October 31, 2009.

Slogan must be 5 words or less.

No trade-marked slogans (i.e. "It's the Cheese.")

Limit of three entries per person.

Must be a resident of Nevada County

Entries must include a valid name, address, phone number and e-mail address (if applicable). If all information is not included, entry will be excluded.

Entries must be submitted on-line; returned to the Fair Office; or mailed to the Fair Office at P.O. Box 2687, Grass Valley, CA 95945. If entry is mailed, it must be postmarked on or before October 31, 2009.

In the event that the same slogan is submitted by multiple individuals, the first submittal of that slogan will be the winner. If submitted on-line, e-mail will validate the date and time of entry. If submitted in person, the Nevada County Fairgrounds will validate the date and time of entry.

Winner will receive $100, two free admission tickets for each day of the 2010 Fair, a 5-day parking pass for the Fair, and ride coupons.

The Nevada County Fairgrounds (17th District Agricultural Association) is not responsible for any submissions which are not received for any reason, including, but not limited to, server failures, Internet failures, or programming errors.

The Nevada County Fairgrounds (17th District Agricultural Association) will solely decide the winner and all decisions are final.

Information will not be sold to a third party.
