Our mission at the Nevada County Fairgrounds Foundation is simple – to build a better Nevada County Fairgrounds through fundraising and contributions to the Fairgrounds.

Formed in 2005 to support this mission, our fundraising efforts are focused on supporting and improving the health and beauty of the Fairgrounds, enhancing the community’s use of the Fairgrounds, and fostering projects that develop our local youth in agriculture.

When you collaborate with the Foundation – either through a monetary donation, becoming a Foundation member, or participating in one of the Foundation’s fundraising opportunities – you are contributing to the Foundation’s mission while also ensuring that the Fairgrounds continues to thrive and remain as California’s most beautiful Fairgrounds.
